Four digits. The driver types them in at the door. Five wrong tries and it locks for fifteen minutes.
Nobody home? The driver photographs the drop-off and says who took it. We mark that unverified, in those words — and you can dispute it.

Do you cover my area?
The Greater Toronto Area to start — Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Vaughan, Scarborough and the towns between them. Outside that you can still post a job, but there may be no driver working that city yet. We open the next city based on where people sign up from, so signing up counts as a vote.
Why isn’t it on the Play Store?
Google requires a new developer account to run a closed test with a dozen testers for two continuous weeks before it will consider the app for public release. That clock is running. Until it finishes you install from a file — about two minutes, and the install guide shows exactly what Android will say and which button to press.
Is this same-day?
It can be — today means by 9 PM. But you can also say next week, and a trip nobody has to rush costs less.
How does a driver find my errand?
Drivers pick the city they work, and the app checks it against where their phone actually is — so a driver on your board is a driver who is there. Post an errand and every approved driver working that city is notified at once, along with the ones next door who have said yes to nearby cities. Nobody is dispatched: they choose it, at the price you set, inside the deadline you gave.
How do I pay?
You agree the amount up front — the app suggests one — then cash or e-transfer. Paying by card in the app is coming.
Can a driver see my address?
Not before they accept. Until then it’s a shop name, an area, and a circle about 500 m wide.
How do I know the right person got it?
Your 4-digit code. Only you can see it, and the driver types it in at the door.
Are drivers checked?
Yes — licence, plate and vehicle, reviewed by a person. Before that they can look at jobs but not take them.
Does the app track me?
Only if you let it. Location just sorts pickups near you; skip it and type addresses instead. And you see the job status, never a driver’s live position.
What does Brizeet take from a driver?
Nothing. The customer pays the driver directly, at the price the driver saw before accepting — Brizeet never handles the money, so there is no balance to wait for and nothing coming out of it. Every competitor takes 15–30%. If a fee ever exists it will be announced first and shown on every job before it is accepted, and it will not apply to founding drivers: sign up now and yours stays free for good.
