If someone is in danger
Call 911 first. Emergency services, then us. Brizeet is an email inbox, not a hotline, and we cannot reach anybody faster than they can.
Once everyone is safe, write to [email protected] with the word urgent in the subject. Safety reports go to the front of the queue, and we can suspend an account within minutes of reading one.
What to tell us
Most of the back-and-forth in a support thread is us asking for things you already had to hand. Send these six and we can usually answer in one reply:
- The email on your account — ideally, write from it
- Whether you are the customer or the driver
- The delivery: the shop, the day, roughly the time
- What you expected, and what happened instead
- A screenshot, if the app showed you something odd
- Your phone and Brizeet version, if it is a bug
Never send us your password. Nobody at Brizeet will ever ask for it, and a request that does is not from us.
Signing in
The 6-digit code has not arrived. Give it a minute, then check the spam folder — it comes from brizeet.com. Codes are short-lived on purpose; if yours has expired, ask for a new one on the same screen. If two or three never turn up, the address may have a typo in it: write to us and we will look.
Forgotten password. Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen. A code arrives by email, you enter it, and then you choose a new password — in that order, so you never type a new password against a code that turns out to be wrong.
Wrong email on the account. Write to us from the old address if you still have it, or from the new one telling us the old one. We change it by hand, deliberately.
Driver verification
A person checks every driver’s vehicle and licence details before their first job. Until that is done you can browse the board and see what work is around, but not accept any of it — the app says which state you are in.
It usually takes under a day. If yours has been sitting longer than that, or came back rejected and you think it should not have, email us and say so. A rejection always carries a reason; if the reason is fixable, fix it and resubmit.
A delivery gone wrong
Nobody has accepted it. That happens: Brizeet only shows a job to drivers already heading that way, and today there may be none. A request expires when its deadline passes. A longer deadline reaches more drivers and costs less.
The driver has gone quiet. Message them in the job’s chat first — the usual reason is that they are driving. If it is close to the deadline and there has been no movement, tell us.
The item is wrong, damaged or missing. Open a dispute on the request, in the app. That puts the timeline, the photographs and both accounts in front of us together, which a forwarded email cannot do. What we can and cannot settle is set out in the terms — we never held the money, so we can act on accounts and records, not on payments.
It says delivered and it is not here. Check with anyone else at the address first, then dispute it. A handover with the code is strong evidence, but it is not the end of the conversation.
Delivered without the code
A driver can complete a handover without your 4-digit code — a dead phone, a receptionist taking a parcel — but only with a photograph of the drop-off and a written note of who took it. Your request will say so plainly, in those words.
That kind of delivery waits 7 days before confirming itself, rather than 48 hours, so there is time to look at the photograph and object. If it was not you and not anyone you expected, dispute it.
A suspended account
If an account is paused you can still sign in, but not post or accept work. Write to us and ask why — we will tell you, and we will look again if you think we got it wrong. A suspended account can still be deleted.
Your data
- Delete my account: it is two taps in the app — the walkthrough is on this page, including what is erased and what stays.
- A copy of what you hold on me: ask from the account’s email address; we answer within 30 days.
- Fix something wrong about me: most of it is editable in the Profile tab; anything that is not, we will change for you.
- How all of this works: the privacy policy, which is written to be read.
Reporting someone
Tell us about behaviour that was unsafe, dishonest, threatening or discriminatory, whichever side of the delivery it came from. Include the request and what was said or done. We can suspend accounts and withdraw driver verification, and we would rather hear about a near miss than read about it later.
Reports are treated in confidence. We will not repeat your name to the person you reported.
Security problems
If you have found a vulnerability, please tell us at [email protected] with security in the subject, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before telling anyone else. Please do not access, alter or keep anyone else’s data while proving a point — a description of the flaw is enough.
We will confirm we received it, keep you posted, and credit you if you would like to be credited.
